The Drop Reactive Target System (DRTS, Patent Pending technology) provides law enforcement, government agencies and firearm enthusiasts with an inexpensive, target agnostic, reactive shooting capability that will drop once the critical areas on the target have been penetrated by a firearm round. The target can be used in Close Quarters Combat (CQC) training where up until now it is impossible to determine if and when a target has been disabled by an accurate round.

The system is easy to set up and takes no special equipment. The reactive target boxes come in two different sizes, 4" x 4" for the head and 8"x 8" for torso areas.

Simply apply the DRTS reactive target box behind the shooting target in the areas behind the torso and head using the double-sided tape that is part of the box. After inflated balloon is inserted into the DRTS box cavity, the reactive target boxes can then be tied to a target stand, bullet trap, or hung from and fixed surface. Once the target boxes are attached to the target, only an effective round impacting the reactive target will drop the target system.
